We are looking for an experienced, process-driven Finance Manager who wants to raise the bar and not maintain the status quo. We are actively building the team, tools, and processes to get to the next level. We're a strong store-but we're not satisfied.


What You'll Do

  • Own and drive F&I performance with a focus on increasing PVR, product penetration, and compliance
  • Execute a consistent, transparent menu process that builds trust while maximizing opportunity
  • Partner closely with the sales team to ensure strong turnovers and a seamless guest experience
  • Present and position finance and protection products with clarity, confidence, and integrity
  • Maintain strict compliance with all federal, state, and lender requirements

What Success Looks Like

  • Consistent growth in PVR toward $2,000+
  • Strong product penetration across VSC, GAP, and ancillary products
  • Clean, compliant deals with minimal funding issues
  • Positive guest experience and strong CSI
