A bit about us:A growing and dynamic public accounting firm with offices in Chandler and Scottsdale, Arizona is seeking a full-time Audit Senior to join its team. This position offers a hybrid work schedule, flexible hours, and the option to work from either office location.

Job Details- Build and maintain strong client relationships by gathering information, resolving issues, and offering process improvement recommendations
- Lead audit, review, and compilation engagements from planning through completion
- Apply and interpret GAAP and ensure accurate financial statement presentation
- Supervise, train, and mentor junior team members on audit procedures and professional standards
- Research and analyze financial data and audit-related issues
- Develop a solid understanding of each client's business operations and industry
- Provide other accounting services as assigned
What We're Looking For
- 2-4 years of recent audit experience in public accounting
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting (CPA or CPA-eligible preferred)
- Willingness to travel primarily within the Phoenix metro area
- Strong commitment to client service and professional integrity
- Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a collaborative mindset
