Summary of Job Duties

  • Retrieve production data via ERP system (SAP).
  • Analyze daily production data for RAW material, scrap, WIP, and finished goods transaction. Any variances must be investigated and corrected.
  • Assist with pulling data electronically and physical records to resolve material variances or to assist with investigations initiated by department leaders.
  • Lead and coordinate monthly film inventory reconciliation.
  • Assist during finished goods inventory reconciliation.
  • Leverage Microsoft Office software for data collection and analysis.
  • Comply with departmental & job safety practices.
  • Carry out tasks as assigned by Management.
