In This Role, You'll:
  • Manages all activities related to the distribution center's warehousing operations, including inventory management, ensuring that QCD and GSF objectives for efficiency, economy, quality and productivity are met or exceeded.
  • Manages assigned staff, including involvement in the recruitment and selection process of new employees, assigning work, providing training and development, evaluating performance, and building a motivated, effective team to ensure that organizational goals for diversity, career development, productivity, performance management and employee involvement are met.
  • Periodically audits operational procedures and programs related to shipping and receiving and implements necessary improvements to achieve expectations for availability, storage, sanitation and security of inventory.
  • Develops, audits and controls department budget and ensures that operational costs are within plan. Manages the purchase and/or leasing and maintenance of all material handling equipment to achieve safety, longevity and efficiency objectives.
  • Ensures compliance with all customer, governmental and Company directives and policies and ensures the preparation and distribution of all relevant reports and quality analyses summaries.
  • Work collaboratively across teams to support performance, safety, and customer satisfaction
  • Plan labor and equipment needs to meet dynamic operational demands
  • Performs other related and assigned duties as necessary.

What You'll Bring:
  • 7 years of progressively responsible experience in warehousing operations involving multi-temperature environment with receiving, inventory control and shipping and 3 to 5 years of supervisory experience.
  • Bachelors' degree in business administration or related field from an accredited university or college or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of safety protocols, food handling, and inventory best practices
  • Proficiency in computer systems and reporting (barcoding, warehouse systems, timekeeping)
  • Ability to lead a diverse team in a 24/7 operation with a focus on collaboration, safety, and efficiency


The Schedule & Setting:
  • Full-time, on-site supervisory role in a temperature-controlled warehouse
  • Supports a 24/7 operation with flexibility required for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Leads a large-scale warehouse team focused on safety, reliability, and service


Pay & Benefits:
  • Pay Range (Base Pay): $71,335 - $107,002
  • Weekly pay (every Friday)
  • Other Compensation: May include shift differentials, overtime pay, bonuses, or other incentive pay as applicable to the position and location.
