Now Hiring Assistant Supervisor in Hebron, KY
Hours 5pm to 5am
Friday, Saturday, Sunday
Peak season- roughly 12 weeks- then will be eligible to move to another shift
Hours 4:45pm to 3:15am
Monday-Thursday
Production & Operations
- Assist in coordinating daily warehouse and production activities.
- Monitor T-shirt production workflow, including receiving, printing, packaging, and shipping.
- Ensure production schedules and shipping deadlines are met.
- Track productivity and identify process improvements.
- Help resolve operational issues and production bottlenecks.
Employee Supervision
- Lead and support warehouse associates and production staff.
- Assign daily tasks and monitor work performance.
- Train new employees on procedures, equipment, and safety requirements.
- Conduct shift meetings and communicate production goals.
- Assist with attendance tracking and employee coaching.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Complete production and labor reports.
- Track attendance, overtime, and staffing needs.
- Assist with scheduling and workforce planning.
- Support investigations involving employee concerns or operational issues.
