This exciting opportunity will see you working closely with Project Managers to ensure the successful execution of construction projects, while adhering to high-quality standards and tight schedules.

Responsibilities:
As an Assistant Project Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:
1. Assisting the Project Manager in planning, executing and closing construction projects.
2. Coordinating and directing construction workers and subcontractors.
3. Ensuring all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
4. Assisting in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders.
5. Ensuring resource availability and allocation.
Job Details
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have:
1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
2. Proven working experience in project management.
3. Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
4. Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
5. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management tools.
