AR Dispute Analyst

Our client, a reputable organization in the business sector, is seeking an AR Dispute Analys to join their team. As an AR Dispute Analyst you will work with the Claims group and be part of the Finance Department supporting Accounts Receivable. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to communicate effectively, which will align successfully in the organization. This will be a contract role 6 months plus or longer.

Job Title: Accounts Receivable Specialist

Location: West Chester, OH

What's the Job?

• Manage accounts receivable functions and customer claims
• Analyze product revenue and related financial data
• Communicate with customers to resolve billing inquiries
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Work independently to support departmental goals

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent relevant experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable
• Understanding of revenue and receivables accounting concepts
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• SAP and Mainframe based systems a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills and customer service skills

• Strong organizational skills
