Job Description

We are seeking experienced Aircraft Water & Waste Systems Technicians to support maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of aircraft lavatory and water systems. Ideal candidates will bring hands-on expertise with vacuum toilet systems, particularly Safran/Monogram and AOA components, within commercial aviation environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspection, troubleshooting, repair, and overhaul of aircraft water and waste systems (ATA 38).
• Maintain and service vacuum toilet systems, including Safran/Monogram and AOA units.
• Diagnose system faults including leaks, vacuum loss, sensor failures, and control issues.
• Remove, install, and test lavatory components such as pumps, valves, tanks, and control modules.
• Ensure compliance with FAA regulations, OEM specifications, and company procedures.
• Complete detailed maintenance documentation and work orders.
• Coordinate with repair stations and vendors, such as repair stations and airline maintenance teams.
• Support line and/or heavy maintenance operations as required.

Essential Skills

• Previous experience working on ATA Chapter 38 - Water & Waste Systems.
• Hands-on experience with Safran/Monogram vacuum toilet systems.
• Experience with AOA vacuum toilet systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills in aircraft systems.
• Ability to read and interpret aircraft maintenance manuals (AMM, IPC, FIM).
• Familiarity with FAA regulations and safety standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced maintenance environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
