Job Description: - Assist with dashboard creation and reports for engineering and operations personnel to be able to quickly gauge performance and identify underperforming renewable generation assets
- Compiling data requests about operations, and delivering that information to managers to assist in operational improvements
- Track and solve technical issues affecting renewable generation assets. Provide local operations groups and engineering group data analysis to achieve case resolution and root cause analysis.
- Assist with field work (inspection, staking, measuring, and record verification) as needed
- Provide performance information for use in final reports to management in a professional and accurate manner. Provide various renewable generation analyses, metrics and performance reports
- Additional projects as assigned.

Qualifications: - Must be a college student, sophomore or higher standing, currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in electrical, civil, construction, mechanical or industrial engineering.
- Prior utility, energy or renewable industry experience helpful.
- Software skills needed to be used in extracting information from various sources, conducting analysis and assisting workforce to achieve goals.
- Must have the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Effective project management skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and good driving record.
- Employment is contingent upon passing a post-offer background check and drug screen.
