1st Shift Forklift Driver

Our client, a leader in the heavy industrial sector, is seeking a Forklift Driver / Material Handler to join their team. As a Forklift Driver / Material Handler, you will be part of the production team supporting the efficient handling of autoglass products. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and excellent teamwork skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Forklift Driver / Material Handler

Location: Huntington Beach, CA

Pay Range: $18.50 per hour

What's the Job?

• Safely and efficiently handle products to support production, packaging, and order preparation.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment in a barcoded environment.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and contribute to a strong safety culture.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and timelines.
• Maintain accurate records of materials handled and report any discrepancies.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 4+ years of prior experience in manufacturing.
• 2+ years of material handling experience.
• Experience with automation in a Tier 1 Supplier environment preferred.
• Ability to complete all required screenings prior to start.
