Materials Analyst

Our client, a leader in manufacturing and materials management, is seeking a dedicated Materials Analyst to join their team. As a Materials Analyst, you will be an integral part of the Materials Department supporting the engineering and scheduling teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location: Clearwater, FL

Pay Range:$35.00

What's the Job?

  • Review blueprints and product specifications to ensure correct material usage per configuration and SAP validation.
  • Adjust material amounts based on inventory levels and order requirements.
  • Engage in material purges and handling as needed to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Collaborate closely with the material, scheduling, and engineering teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Utilize MES systems, Teamcenter, and SAP to manage material data and processes effectively.

What's Needed?

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 1-3 years of experience in material analysis or related fields preferred.
  • Experience with material management systems such as SAP, MES, and Teamcenter.
  • Strong understanding of concepts, practices, and procedures within the materials management field.
  • Ability to interpret blueprints and product specifications accurately.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
